Hubungan Stone Burden dengan Penurunan Hemoglobin Pasca Operasi Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy di RSUP DR. M. Djamil Padang


 Background. Kidney stones are one of the three most common cases in urology. The best standard management for kidney with stone burden >20mm is PCNL (percutaneous nephrolithotomy), a minimal invasive method that uses percutaneous access to remove stones. One complications was bleeding which can be caused by several factors , them burden.Objective. look at relationship hemoglobin drop after patients renal stoneMethods. This study an analytical retrospective approach towards all diagnosed and treated RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang based on patient medical record data. Data analysis used Chi square tests where between variables said significant if p value <0.05Results. showed from 65 PCNL, highest prevalence were men age group 45-64 years. types staghorn 20 - ≤30 mm. Some involvement hydronephrosis average length stay <5 days. Hemoglobin mean ≤2gr / dL. Statistical there no (p = 0,706).Conclusion. conclusion this studied stone.
